RETURN POLICY

Because we believe in quality - down to the very last detail.
We pour everything into making Eureka tumbler products beautifully designed, built to last, and a joy to use. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date, as long as:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and still in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase
- You are not returning a customized or final sale item (those are non-refundable)
If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we won’t be able to issue a full refund.
Shipping & Refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the item shows signs of use, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
- We don’t currently offer exchanges.
Final Sale & Exceptions
- Custom items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- We do not refund items that have been used, modified, or returned without original packaging.
- Wholesale orders are final sale, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement with Eureka.

- If you bought your Eureka product from another retailer or third party website, please contact them directly to process your return — they’ll have their own return policy and process.
