LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Eureka is more than a tumbler — it’s a vessel for your journey, designed to adapt, built to last. We pour our craft into every sustainable, modular system, from the 20 oz core to the 40 oz Boost™ and more, ensuring they carry your story with grace. Our limited warranty is our promise: if your tumbler falters in material or make, we’ll replace the affected part — or the entire product, if needed — with a comparable item, free of charge, with the same care we poured into its creation.

What We Honor

• Material Truth: Flaws in the substance of your tumbler system — its base bottle, add-on Boost™, or lids — born of our making, not your adventures.
• Crafted Bond: Flaws in how we assembled its parts, straying from our standard of care.

What Falls Beyond

• The term “lifetime” refers to the reasonable life of the product, not your lifetime (we love you, but bottles don’t live forever).
• This warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified by anyone other than Eureka.
• We may request photos of the issue and, in some cases, ask you to ship the product back to us.
• Warranty coverage is not transferable and does not include cash reimbursement.
• Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
• We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
• In certain locations, the law may guard against limits on unseen or flowing damages, and our bound may not hold for you.

Our promise does not embrace

• Life’s Marks: Fading, scratches, or whispers of wear from daily use.
• Mishaps: Dents, chips, or breaks from drops or rough encounters.
• Misuse: Harm from improper care, cleaning, or use against our guidance, including lingering scents.
• Tampered Bonds: Alterations or repairs by hands other than ours.
• Stray Origins: Purchases from unauthorized sources, untethered from our trusted circle.

How to Whisper Your Claim

We may seek images or the tumbler itself to honor your claim or refine our craft. For approved claims, we’ll cover the journey’s cost; otherwise, it rests with you.

The Shape of Our Pledge

• This Alone: Our Limited Warranty stands singular, eclipsing all other promises, spoken or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any path, as far as law allows.
• Yours Alone: This pledge belongs to the original buyer, non-transferable, a bond between us.
• Our Measure: Any loss or harm, whether by contract, warranty, or chance, shall not exceed your tumbler’s purchase price. We bear no weight for incidental or unseen damages, like lost moments or means.
• Across Borders: For global companions, our warranty bows to local laws (e.g., EU/UK rights), but you carry the mantle of import/export duties. See Section 29 of our Terms (www.eurekalifestyle.com/terms-conditions).
• Ever Evolving: We may reshape this warranty, with whispers of change posted here. Your continued use seals your acceptance.
